Reopening of the Stepanakert Rehabilitation Center in Armenia

The Caroline Cox Rehabilitation Center of Stepanakert was reopened in Armenia on October 30,

with the blessing of His Grace Bishop Vrtanes Abrahamyan, Primate of the Diocese of Artsakh.
