He delivered a lecture on the topic of \"Generational Theory.\" <\/p>\n<p>Participants were introduced to the thought processes, emotional characteristics, and interpersonal challenges of different generations, as well as the underlying causes of these conflicts and their potential solutions. As societal dynamics worldwide continue to evolve, the differences in perceptions and worldviews among generations become more pronounced.
